Performance management is also a key part of what we do, if only to ensure that we are able to constantly improve and enhance the service we give to clients

Not only do we undertake regular statistical reviews of our performance against each client in terms of vacancies received, CV’s sent, interviews and placements but we also constantly review our candidate sourcing strategy in terms of advertising media, consultant networking and search techniques in order to ensure we achieve the best coverage for each client we service, that said we believe client satisfaction is about more than just the figures and should also reflect areas such as the information / guidance we can provide to clients with regard to market conditions, salary trends, candidate availability, as well as the market perception of the client themselves as an employer of choice.  Regular consultation between ourselves and the client gives us the opportunity to both give and receive open & honest feedback about what both parties can do to improve the success of the relationship.

Our Services to Clients

  • Our clients will only receive CV’s of candidates who are relevant to the role and organisation and have been fully interviewed and thoroughly briefed on the position in question prior to submission.
  • One point of contact – We understand the importance of offering our clients one point of contact in order to provide a “one stop shop” for any issues you may have and to ensure the relationship does not become diluted.
  • Market Data – we are constantly monitoring the market place by regularly communicating with both our clients & candidates in order to assess market trends, conduct salary surveys and research anticipated activity in a variety of areas.  This enables us to pool & analyse information from a wide range of sources and provide relevant up to date market data to our clients.
  • Hill Newton will work relentlessly, in partnership with a client, in order to source candidates that fully satisfy their requirements both from a technical skills point of view and cultural fit perspective.
  • Additionally Hill Newton will provide honest and open feedback with regard to both the availability of candidates in any one area and the market perception of a particular client as a potential employer.
