Not only do we undertake regular statistical reviews of our performance against each client in terms of vacancies received, CV’s sent, interviews and placements but we also constantly review our candidate sourcing strategy in terms of advertising media, consultant networking and search techniques in order to ensure we achieve the best coverage for each client we service, that said we believe client satisfaction is about more than just the figures and should also reflect areas such as the information / guidance we can provide to clients with regard to market conditions, salary trends, candidate availability, as well as the market perception of the client themselves as an employer of choice. Regular consultation between ourselves and the client gives us the opportunity to both give and receive open and honest feedback about what both parties can do to improve the success of the relationship.
